    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    • 1 cup white cooking wine
    • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
    • 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
    • 1/2 tablespoon Dalmatia Sour Cherry Spread -OR- 1 oz. cherry-flavored liqueur
    • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
