Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons corn syrup
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Romano cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix well. Place in a container and keep refrigerated for up to a week.

Wow, so simple, yet a few ingredients that I wouldn't have guessed. I guess that's why I haven't been a make a dressing that tastes like Olive Garden dressing! I'm not sure about the corn syrup, I might try reducing the amount a bit. It's probably to counter the vinegar, but I'd try 1/2 tsp to start, an maybe add more to . I'm definitely mixing up a batch of this soon!

I do like Olive Gardens salad dressing. It is not to spicy or sour. It is just right. I am really glad to see a recipe on it so I can make it myself. I would have never though the ingredients would be so easy to find and not a lot of them for it to taste sooooo good. Anyone else try it?

This salad dressing is a definite keeper. In fact, I may have to make double next time because my mom took my last batch to a party and never brought it back because she liked it so much!
