Restaurant-Style Juicy Lucy Sandwich
This Restaurant-Style Juicy Lucy Sandwich recipe is a replica of an iconic Minnesota staple. This sandwich recipe is a cross between a hamburger and meatball. The burger patty is stuffed with cheese so each time you take a bite, a little cheese oozes into your mouth. This recipe puts a new spin on the Juicy Lucy by adding pesto and pancetta to the cheese stuffing to make this sandwich Italian style. The cooked patties are topped with a dollop of marinara sauce to complete the meatball-hamburger fusion.

I love this place! Unfortunately, I don't live in the Twin Cities, so I can't just drive over and get one (it's a 6-hour hike at least from my home). Glad to see I can just steal this copycat recipe and make one at home.
