I am not a total vegan but I have no issue with eating vegan dishes. They tend to be healthier and easier on the stomach. My family does suffer with lactose issues so I am hoping that some of our alternatives will switch out and give the same results. This looks so creamy and delicious.

Whenever I go to a fancy Italian restaurant, I always get a pasta dish. But it always makes me feel guilty since I spend a lot of money, but pasta is one of the cheapest things you can buy at the grocery store. This version is much less expensive as well as less fattening. And the sundried tomatoes pack a punch of umami flavor, so you don't miss the cream!

This looks so good! Cheesecake factory can be pricey so it's great to know that I can make the same dishes at home for much cheaper.
