I've never had the chance so far to eat at a Macaroni Grill, but this recipe is absolutely delicious. I love the combination of flavors and we've tinkered with the recipe a little bit since we first made it. We tried it without the shrimp and increasing slightly the amount of chicken and bacon since we didn't have any shrimp on hand when cooking. I'm not overly fond of rosemary, so we tried substituting a mix of oregano and basil, and that seemed to work out well.
