Even though it looks very good, this is a dish from the Cheesecake Factory that I have not ordered. I dont remember actually anyone ever ordering this that was with me on the occasions that I have eaten there. I have a strong dislike for the sausage so that is probably why I am not interested, but if I could do a substitution, and I can, then I would be willing to give it a try.
