When I lived near an Olive Garden in 2003/2004, I used to buy their salad dressing, don't know if they still sell it. I almost always went for lunch and got the soup,salad and breadsticks special.

I love just about ever thing I've had at Olive Garden. If I had to pick one thing it would have to be the bread sticks for sure! My husband and I go there often and we always order the soup and salad with the brad sticks, all you can eat. We always order a extra order of the bread sticks to go. Now I have the recipes and can make them all here at home. Thank you so much for sharing all of these great recipes.

I am wondering, I recall the minestrone had a tomato base, but no tomatoes or tomato sauce (stewed tomatoes etc) and I don't recall rice or barley in it either..so just wondering how it tasted..
