This Delicious Italian Sausage Bread recipe is so versatile. It is great as a "pizza" like dinner, or cut it up as an appetizer for game night, or just enjoy it anytime as a snack. I know it is great for when the kids have their friends over, and they want something to munch on. How ever you use it, this recipe is a winner. You can also use the basics of this recipe and add your favorite ingredients...pepperoni, ground beef etc.

I've always enjoyed the recipes from the Nolands, and this is no exception. Anything that has sausage, peppers, and cheese instantly gets me drooling. I like the idea of doing these sandwiches as open face, and this would make a wonderful quick dinner for us. I would think you could use frozen peppers and onions as well for this, since we usually have some on hand.
