I was actually hoping that this dressing was for the salad pictured, but not sure the Olive Garden serves that type of salad. I actually have only eaten at an Olive Garden once that I can remember so I am by no means an expert. There are a lot of comments to the chef on this recipe so I will just have to try it myself.

this is not a true olive garden dressing the olive garden dressing is oil based and has no mayo in it at all. but this is still a nice dressing even though its not the olive garden copy cat.
