I love the food at Buffalo Wild Wings, and this is a great variation of one of their menu items. I made the southwest sauce according to the recipe, but I cheated and used a good store-bought Pico de Gallo instead of making my own. Maybe next time. The wraps are easy to assemble and really tasty. I think I might include a sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese along with the pepper jack cheese next time I make this.
