Restaurant-Style Sausage Corn Bread Pudding
This Restaurant-Style Sausage Corn Bread Pudding is a copycat of a recipe from South in Tupelo, MS. The savory bread pudding is loaded with your favorite kind of sausage, eggs, creamed corn, and plenty of gooey cheese. The dish can be served for breakfast, as a side dish, or as a main course; it is quite versatile. The combination of spicy sausage and sweet corn makes for a delightful bite. This bread pudding recipe is the ultimate comfort food to enjoy during summer or winter!

We are having a pot luck lunch in the Senior community where I live and I think this recipe will be perfect. It has a nice blend of flavors without being over powering. It is easy to make and is versatile as a side dish or main course. I know everyone is going to love it.

This recipe is going into my Holiday recipe collection. I think that this will be good when Thanksgiving and Christmas roll around this year and that it will make the perfect brunch item for when all of our relatives start their annual migration of flying south to Florida to visit us for the holidays.
