Yum! I'm definitely saving this recipe for the next time we have a desire for chili dogs. It's a bit more effort than just browning some ground beef (though it'd probably be good using that, too) but the extra effort makes it something really special. We've made bacon-wrapped hot dogs from time to time, and even though it's a sort of overload, I think that would be extremely good. Looking forward to giving this a try very soon.

So this is really just a chili recipe but made more awesome by adding Sonic the Hedgehog's favorite snack, right? Delish. Or as Sonic would say, "Way past cool."
