With being Irish and living in Ireland I never thought about bangers and mash being a Saint Patrick s Day meal, but none the less I do enjoy this dinner but I can never quite get it to a pub standard so hopefully this will get me there for that, it is a real comfort food.

Bangers and mashI have heard of this dish before but I never really looked it up to see what it was and none of my friends have ever eaten it in front of me that I remember. It looks like an interesting concept. I love hot dogs and I love mashed potatoes, so why not mix them together. Winner.
