Mac n cheese is just one of those comfort foods that is so good and is so versatile that there are endless ways to make this dish. I have not had the pleasure of trying the Hard Rocks version yet, but now I can from my own home and not have to go out. This looks so easy to make.

This sounds yummy. I like the addition of the cayenne, but for a little more kick, I'd use a mix of Monterey and pepper jack cheese rather than just the Monterey Jack alone. I'd also add in some crumbled bacon to the completed mac and cheese. My wife and I both like using the cavatappi pasta for macaroni and cheese. The breadcrumb topping is a great touch, and we should include that more often when we make mac and cheese.
