Sounds like this is going to be dinner tonight. A better and more healthy alternative to take out Chinese. I like being able to control the sodium content in my recipes because of blood pressure issues that run in my family. I will have to make this again when I have planned in advance to take advantage of the time it takes to marinate the peppers.

One of my go-to favorites in a Chinese restaurant is Pepper Steak, and this looks like a really good variation. There's a Panda Express next to our local mall, and this has got me tempted to get some to see how the original tastes before I try out the copycat recipe. This is a fairly involved recipe with a decent number of steps, but the finished result looks incredibly good. I really like the idea of preparing the beef so it crisps up during the cooking.

The recipes on Dinner Then Dessert are impossible to print. All you get are the advertisements. I love the recipes, though.

This may have been added since you were on the site last, but there is a print button on the recipe that opens it in a new window which allows it to be printed with no ads. Also there is an extension that can be added to Chrome that lets you print or save as a PDF with no ads.
