I love love Mrs Ts Pierogies with the potatoes and cheese. I can eat the whole box myself. They are the best. I have never tried to make them but often wondered how too so now I know. This recipe does not look to hard and I am sure it would make a great statement as a side dish or by themselves anytime you made them. I do not like mine boiled though. I bake mine and then they are crispy. Makes me hungry thinking of them.

I got to the site with no problem. It's called brown eyed baker, and no viral warnings. I am of polish decent and this is how my grandmother showed me how to make them years ago. We would then saute them in brown butter then slather them with sour creme. We would literally argue over who ate the most. She is no longer with us and when I make them they just don't seem to hit the mark like hers did, but they bring back beautiful memories.
