Me and my family love meatloaf. I have tried many different recipes over the years. Some were good and some were so bad they went straight to the trash. I cant wait to give this one a try. The ingredients look pretty straightforward. It also includes a recipe for ketchup. I see lots of positive comments too.

I love meatloaf, especially the leftovers in a sandwich for lunch the next day. Particularly like this Claim Jumper Meatloaf Copycat recipe. It has only two ingredients in ot that I don't normally use, carrots and ketchup, but for some reason the flavor is so much better than any meatloaf I have ever made. Maybe it's technique, cooking time, I don't know, I just know that this meatloaf is absolutely delicious and will be my go to recipe from now on.

I have been looking for a meatloaf recipe that didnt have a lot of extra ingredients that I didnt want in it. This recipe reminds me of my grandmothers recipe, although I cant recall if she had carrots in hers or not. I will have to try this one and see how it turns out. It looks great!
