One of my favorite flavor combinations is mushroom and Swiss cheese. This Pioneer Woman Swiss Mushroom Sliders Copycat recipe takes that flavor combo to a whole new level. The addition of heavy cream in the burger mix, white wine, Worcestershire sauce, and the fabulous flavor combination of mayonaise, ketchup and cayenne pepper slathered on the toasted buns, and you have a burger experence unlike anything you have ever tasted. I must admit, I make these full size served on kaiser rolls for dinner.

Wow, these sure look fantastic! I make homemade burgers alot during grilling season, but there were alot of surprise ingredients in this recipe for me - especially adding cream to the ground beef! I really like the idea of making sliders for a lunch, a light meal, or to serve with other nibblies. I had also never heard of the fry sauce - simple, and i bet it's really delicious too! I don't think I'll be able to wait for grilling season to try these - they look too yummy!!
