These sound amazing. Never eaten these at Ruby Tuesdays. I have made potatoes with sharp cheese before but never white cheddar cheese. Do they taste better by mixing in mixer or old fashion hand masher better? My family loves mashed potatoes so I will have to try these for them. Thanks for the recipe.
