This looks very yummy, but actually this is was too much trouble to make. I am not sure if they realize it or not, but Arbys has its own brand of French fries available in your grocers freezer. All you have to do is bake and serve. This is the way I usually go if I am not able to get to Arbys.

I have tried making my oven roasted potatoes with these seasonings in the past and they were always very good. I have never tried it with fries, or adding eggs, milk and flour to make them crispy. My youngest loves crispy fries, so I will have to try this and see what he thinks.

I too love the taste of Arby's Curly Fries. This recipe sounds so good. I do have 1 question though, the recipe calls for 3 tablespoon of egg. So do you whisk the egg first then measure out or do you just use the white part of the egg? Not very clear here.. Other than that, I will be making these and love the idea of baking compared to frying. Less mess to clean up. Thank you so much for sharing this free Oven Fried Copycat Arby's Curly Fries recipe.

I like baked versions of fried food and I love Arby's. Their fries are the best (and their mozza sticks). I hope these taste just like the real thing.
