Copycat Ruth's Chris Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons half & half
- salt, to taste
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/3 cup butter
Instructions

Bake the sweet potatoes until they are tender. Peel & mash them. You should have 3-4 cups.

Mash the potatoes with the three tablespoons of butter, half & half, and salt.

Place the potatoes in 3-4 ramekins or one larger dish.

Mix the brown sugar, flour and butter together until crumbly, add the pecans and place on top of sweet potato.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until the edges are bubbling and the topping lightly browned. Serve immediately.

I have never had the money to eat at a Ruths Chris restaurant, but I have my own version of a sweet potatoe casserole that looks like the one I have seen in their pictures. The ingredients are very similar also except that my version has much more sugar goodness added to it. Who has tried this?
