Sounds really good. Never put horseradish in potatoes or used gouda cheese. These mashed potatoes sound really good. I bet the gouda cheese give it a smoky taste and the horseradish a little kick. This recipe seems so easy and I can not wait to try it. I have a houseful of people who love mashed potatoes and eat them often so this will be something a little different . I think I will cut the horseradish to 1 teaspoon so it will not be too hot. Anyone make this yet?
