According to recent TV advertisements, Chili's is revamping its menu, so I don't know if this will continued to be made by them. My wife and I both love Cajun food, and this is definitely worth trying out. We've found some good commercially available Cajun seasonings, and I'm looking forward to using them with this dish. I think this would also be good with fettuccini noodles in place of the penne pasta.

There's something always in a chicken pasta recipe that is so irresistible I want to save it for future reference.
