Thanks for the recipes and the memories! I can't for the life of me remember the name of the place that made them or even the name of the sandwich itself, but way back in the 80s I loved to order a small sub that was cooked on a grill right in front of you. It had ham and a little pineapple that was chopped up as it was cooked then served on a toasted bun with lettuce tomato and mayo. There was probably another ingredient as well, but my old brain can't seem to find that file!

I would really like to have McAlister's chicken salad recipe the one with mayo, grapes (or is it dried fruit?), and nuts in it.

I can't choose just one food court favorite, because I love pretty much any item you can find there. I am partial to french fries though.

I would love the recipe for the house salad dressing from Dutch ESS, a fast-food chain found on Connecticut. It's a cross between green goddess and ranch and I think it has cottage cheese in it.

I would like to know how they make the large, soft pretzels. There are several companies that make them.
