I can not believe that somebody has made homemade spam before! How funny! I have to be honest, I never really cared for that unidentifiable stuff in the can, but I have met people that really do. This recipe is probably much better and fresher tasting, since you know that quality meat is going into it. It probably has less sodium in it as well.
