I am a huge fan of mint chocolate chip ice cream. I just recently discovered the combination of the flavors as I had refused to ever try it before, but a recent grocery shopping trip resulted in my accidental purchase of mint instead of regular chocolate chip ice cream. Not wanting to waste it, I tried it and I liked it!
