It is still a little chilly to be thinking about salads (it is still winter here in Southern Africa) but this one definitely looks good enough to keep for when the warmer days are here. Chicken salads are always a hit and I just LOVE the homemade dressing! Wonton can be pricey here in South Africa, as can mandarin segments but that can easily be changed. Roll on summer!
