I love fair recipes, especially funnel cake it's something my family and I would get on our annual trips to Holiday World! I would love to see a lemon shake-up recipe. It's a staple at our annual county fair!

Looking at this is making my mouth water. I love funnel cakes and have not had one in years because I have not been to a fair in that long. I have never thought of making them at home and never realized they were so easy. The only thing stopping me from making them is I do not have all the ingredients in my kitchen. Who wants to make some? This looks like the recipe to use and has great pictures to show the steps.
