I am not familiar at all with this style of chicken. It looks similar to the chicken on a stick you can get at food fairs or from food trucks. Can anyone tell me if this is a spicy or a sweet dish? I see on the nutritional info provided that a serving size is eight ounces. That is a very generous portion.
