I am a fan of very few Chinese dishes as I have a very eclectic taste and a very sensitive digestive system that is easily upset when I try to introduce it to new foods. Even though this is a Westernized version of their original recipe, I would still recommend not adding the spicy sauce. It is much too spicy for me.
