Honestly, I never heard of Chicken Bellagio until I came across this Copycat Cheesecake Factory recipe. I took one look at the picture, read the recipe and new I had to give it a try. I am so glad I did. The recipe is not really complicated, but it has several steps, and different components that need to be prepared. Thankfully the recipe is well written, and easy to follow. Don't let this recipe intimidate you, take your time, follow the directions, and you will be rewarded with one of the finest dinners you have ever served your family.
