A very nice Asian buffet near our house has Black Pepper Chicken as one of the standard items. It's good, but I like this version quite a bit more. The chicken is prepared in a different (and better) way than the buffet prepares it. There's a Panda Express not too far away and I'm tempted to make a stop by there and see how this compares to what they make. I normally have this over white rice, but I might give this a try over noodles.
