angeleyes ml - ounces in case that helps you A ounce can of evaporated milk ml as it says on the label Now if you happen to know that Tablespoon of a liquid is ounces all you have to do is pour the ounces of evaporated milk add Tablespoon of liquid and you have your mL of liquid The ounces of skim milk is - cups so if you add Tablespoon of skim milk more you will have the required mL or ounces of skim milk plus mL or ounces of the evaporated milk and water to be equal to the required liquid or volume in the recipe to fill the containers Actually ml is an American word It is the abbreviation for milliliters which is just as American as you are even though it is not the weights and measures system we use in our cooking I'm not interested in…Read More the recipe because it has way too much sugar in all that milk and evaporated milk which is why I make my own sugar free with unsweetened almond milk chocolate sugar free pudding dark chocolate powder and sugar substitutes

angeleyes, look on a can of milk and you will see the ml. listed. Mine says 354 ml. In a can. So use the can and then fill the another can with regular milk or skim and add a tablespoon of milk. That should get you pretty close to what you need in liquid. That should get you close enough. It is silly they don't at least give both measurements.

I would like to make these but don't know the measurments due to milliliters being used. When there is a recipe posted, and it is using mililiters, can you put that into American words. I'm not good at doing it any other way than American words!!
