I absolutely love cheesecake, but it is so hard to find a recipe that is as good as restaurant cheesecake. I can't wait to try this recipe, it looks so simple! The ingredient that surprised me was cornstarch, maybe that's the magic ingredient?! I love vanilla cheesecake because you can serve it with a variety of sauces or toppings and suit everyone's tastes! This would be a great special occasion cake since the ingredients would be quite expensive, but still cheaper than a meal at a restaurant! I can't wait to try this one!!
