I am very grateful for this recipe. This is the ONLY soup I order at Olive Garden. It is DELICIOUS. Up until now I've had to pick out the potatoes and set them aside as I eat. I lost 50 pounds doing "low carbs", and this was my one vice (as I did not even attempt to take ALL potatoes out, just some of them). Now I can try making it without the potatoes and I can eat to my heart's content without guilt. Thanks SO MUCH!
