I've never heard of this brand of soup before, but this recipe looks absolutely delicious! Lentil soup is one of the most nutritious, delicious, and economical soups you can make, so there's really no need to pay alot for store-bought. This recipe is simple with ingredients most people would have at home already. Lentil soup tastes even better the day after it's made, so this would be great to have ready for a thermos lunch or a quick weeknight meal. This soup could be made vegetarian or into a heartier meal with the addition of italian sausage or kielbassa.
