When there used to be a Bob Evans restaurant where I lived growing up, my parents would take me out to eat there quite often. I would order this every time. They used to call it "chicken 'n noodles." I have tried to recreate this dish before, but the noodles were never quite the same. I'll have to keep my eyes out for those frozen homestyle noodles you mentioned. Thanks!
