I LOVE potatoes and LOVE mushrooms, but I never thought of cooking them together like this. Definitely going to try it!

Well, my husband loves mushrooms and I could live off of nothing but potatoes if I could have it my way every night. So this is a win-win recipe for my family. This makes a very nice side dish or pot luck dish or you could just add your meats directly to this dish and create your own casserole.
