Tried this recipe two nights ago. followed the recipe to the letter. my husband ho doesn't eat bottled dressing except for one (kraft raspberry flavour) he did not like it at all. first he said it was to acidic so I added another tablespoon of the jam and a little more honey. Overall impression for us both was that it's nothing like Kraft and I really wouldn't make it again. I was excited to try it though as it's the only salad dressing that I don't currently make from scratch. But give it a try. it's easy and most of the ingredients you will already have on hand and you may love it!
