I love Sweet and Sour Pork, and thanks to this wonderful recipe I can now enjoy it at home whenever I want. I was surprised to see how uncomplicated it is to make, and how simple the ingredients are. The recipe is well written and easy to follow, it didn't say where to use the soy sauce, so I just added it to the sauce and it worked out fine. I can't wait to try this recipe using chicken or shrimp instead of the pork.
