Take Out Pork Fried Rice
One of my favorite dishes from a Chinese restaurant is the fried rice. It manages to fit so many great tastes into one dish and that's quite a feat! Mix and match your favorite veggies, rice and pork with this copycat recipe for Take Out Pork Fried Rice. When you present this dinner dish to your family, they'll swear you ordered from the take out place around the corner. Save some dough and heat up this dish on your stove.

MMMM yummy. I love fried rice and it doesnt have to necessarily be pork. I love chicken fried rice too. I have enjoyed eating it since I was eating. My Dad was in the Air Force and we spent several years in Japan. I guess I picked up my habit from there. Is there anything better than scrambled eggs and soy sauce?

I don't think I'll be using Chinese sausage for this because it can contain liver from different animals, but I read I could substitute chorizo or Italilan sausage. These substitutes taste different, but since I don't want a Mexican taste in my fried rice, I'll try Italian sausage. Chinese sausage is drier, though, like pepperoni, but sweet.

I'd skip the chorizo too. You don't want to know what they put in it where I live.
