This Sweet Tomatoes Lemon Greek Penne Pasta Copycat recipe is such a delicious, creamy, cheesy pasta dish with a bright lemony flavor. It is so easy to make, with just a few ingredients. My husband loves to eat at Sweet Tomatoes and we were disappointed when the one closest to our house closed down. Fortunately there is another one that is not too far away, but we dont get there as often as he would like. I am glad to see a dish that he really enjoyed on your site.
