- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar

- 1 1/2 pound flank steak
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 bunch green onions

I have eaten at a PF Changs only once and that was several years ago when we were vacationing in Vegas and I dont even remember what I had. I do remember how good it tasted though and how big their menu was. This beef in glaze looks so yummy. I would serve it on a bed or rice and call it a meal.
