I live in a town that does not have a Cheesecake Factory Restaurant and I have yet to visit the establishment. I hear only good things about it and I hope that one day when visiting, I can get the opportunity to have a meal there. Until then these will have to do.

I do love cheesecake and making them into bars makes it so much easier to make and to serve later. This is the perfect time of the year for this flavor too. Lets go do some shopping! I need a few ingredients in order to make this. So glad I saw some of the comments about increasing the pan size before baking.
