Chocolate covered Snickers dates are stuffed with peanut butter and halved or chopped peanuts that mimic the flavor of a Snickers bar in a healthier package. The natural sweet flavor of dates combined with creamy peanut butter, peanuts, and melted chocolate create a tasty treat everyone will recognize and love. Use any chocolate of choice. Milk chocolate is what's on a Snickers Bar. So, that's what I use when making these for a great dessert and snack. When I use the darker chocolate, we eat these for breakfast!
