Homemade Beer-Battered Chicken Strips
"It is rather easy to overdry chicken fillet and meat turns out tough and tasteless. However, the fillet fried in beer batter always turns out juicy and gentle. Any beer will be suitable for the recipe; the kind doesn’t matter. The main thing: it has to be very cold. In this case, the batter turns out crispy and fragrant. The special citrus note to it gives lemon zest. Add to ready chicken fillet favorite sauce, spicy ketchup or mustard. As a side dish the fresh or baked vegetables, cereals or noodles will approach."
