Copycat Grilled Chicken Street Tacos

If you ever had authentic street food somewhere, you know how good that stuff is. How they do it, I'll never know, but man do they nail it. Why not try your hand at some darn good street tacos and you can impress people like crazy the next time you have guests over or throw a party. These grilled chicken tacos are made super simple with corn tortillas (although you could use flour if you prefer), avocado, lime juice and some spices. Top them off with your choice of cilantro, onions, salsa, corn, cheese, or whatever you like. The flavor is all in the marinade so make sure you really focus on that aspect before grilling the chicken and assembling everything. Enjoy!

OMG these street tacos look delicious. Why do I find myself navigating to this site around lunch each time? It just makes me hungrier. With this recipe, now I dont have to hunt down a food truck to get this tasty treat. I do have some dietary restrictions and this allows me to enjoy the tacos with my own fixings.
