- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- Red, yellow, and green pepper

Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and pineapple juice.

Marinate chicken in mix in a plastic bag or dish for at least an hour chilled. Once chilled bake chicken and mixture in a baking pan at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. (Make sure chicken cooks all the way through).

The pear gave this dish a unique twist that I usually don't see in chicken salad recipes. I liked the addition of bell peppers--it added a lot of color to the dish, which made it look very pretty on the table.

If you're looking for a unique dish, this is it! I love how all of the different flavors blended together. The one tweak I would make is to leave the apples uncooked for extra crunch.
