I made these at Christmas and everyone absolutely loved them! My husband took some to work and his colleagues couldnt believe they were not store bought. If you want the centers to liquefy, add half a teaspoon of Invertase to the fondant. I imagine that if you are using alcohol you could omit the invertase, but I prefer mine alcohol free. They are great without a liquefied center too!

My virus protector would not allow me to pull up the recipe. I am going to follow Timpson's suggestion to go to cooks.com to see if I can find the recipe. I wish Copycats would have just put the recipe on their site with kudos to the originator! I'm off to cooks.com.
