Duplicating the secret sauce is the trick to making a successful copycat Big Mac. This recipe has a sauce that's given by someone from McDonalds, but no measurements, so it leaves it to the cook to experiment with the proportions themselves. I'm still tinkering, though my first attempts were so awful that they almost sent me diving for a bottle of 1000 Island dressing. Still, it's fun to try different ratios and see what works the best for me.
